Parvati river is the tributary of Beas in district Kullu. It rises from the foot hills of main Himalayan range in district kullu, upstream of Manikaran , which is famous for its hot water springs. Lacs of pilgrims used to visit this place every year. Parvati valley is a very beautiful valley where nature is spread by God with both hands.

The river drains the waters of glaciers from the foothills of main Himalayan range of district Kullu upstream of Manikaran and flows through Kasol and Manikaran and confluence with Beas at Shamshi in district kullu.
