Brahmi, " The Herbs of India,An Ayurvedic Memory Booster , Use and Balance Your Body Systems ."

 Dear friends, brothers and sisters all of you know that the summer season is on set and the rising temperature of atmosphere will certainly effect our health . So to neutralise these effects heat we need such herbs which have cooling effect on our body and mind. 

The nature has given us  numbers of such herbs on this planet which have the properties to control the effects of heat on our body along with other medicinal properties. The one name of such herbs is, "Brahmi."

The Brahmi leaves, fresh as well as dry when taken as soon tea, juice, sarvat and even chewed with Mishri and 2 to 3 black pepper empty stomach produce cooling effect and balance the brain functions.

The therapy as mentioned above if taken regularly as per advice of expert is excellent to enhance the memory, to relieve stress and anxiety, to balance blood cholesterol and to improve the immune system. It is also good to control blood sugar but in that case mishri must be avoided.
