Rangcha Pass :-
Rangcha Pass is a high mountain pass which
connects Lahaul with Spiti in district Lahaul
Spiti of Himachal Pradesh .
The Rangcha Pass is situated at an altitude
of 4400 metres above mean sea level in
Lahaul in Himachal Pradesh .

Access to Rangcha pass :-
We can have access to Rangcha pass via
Kardang village in Lahaul Valley in Himachal
Pradesh . The village Kardang is about 5 km
from Keylong , ascending to the base of
Rangcha pass .
While descending to Keylong we can visit
historical Thakur's castle at Gondhla .
The biggest monastery Drukpa Kagyu
Kardang is situated on left bank of river
Bhaga . This monastery was about 900 years
old. Lama Norbu had renovated it during
1912 .
The monastery is an attraction to the
visitors in Lahaul Valley .
The historical Thakur's castle at Gondhla
is a seven stories castle constructed with
timber and stones in Kath - koni
architecture . It is constructed during 1700
AD. The structure is heavily earthquake
resistant . It is constructed by Raja Man Singh
of Kullu .
Rangcha Village :-
Rangcha is a village in tehsil Lahaul and
Lahaul Spiti district about 21 km towards south
of Keylong and it is about 9 Km from Lahaul .
The landscapes of Lahaul Spiti are beauty
wonders , there are several beautiful places of
tourist importance .
