The health and happiness has a deep correlation, and we can say that :-
Health is directly proportional to happiness and vice -versa. If we further elaborate it then we can say that poor health can't contribute much towards happiness. It means that one can only be happy, if he has good health. 
So to have good health the environment around him must have nature friendly which may help him to relieve stress, which is the root cause of ill health. 

Walking in nature is one of major factor which may help  to feel good because waking in nature is help full in releasing the endorphins, the neurochemicals responsible for happiness. 



    The walk in nature has magnetic effect on mind

The Effects of Walk in Nature :-

The walk in nature provides neat and clean oxygen to us which when inhaled enhance the generation of Red blood cells in body thus  protect us from cancer and other diseases. 


    Walk in Nature Protects from Cancer & Diseases

Stress Level Is Reduced :-  When due to heavy work loads we feel stress, then our efficiency is greatly reduced and also we are always on risk of bad effects on health. In such situation we must use to walk in nature. The beauty of nature acts as a medicine on our minds and helps the to release the hormones  responsible for happiness.

Speedy recovery from sickness :- When a sick person is discharged from hospital, he is advised to walk in nature in morning and evening, the results are seen astonishing, the recovery is very speedy.

Feel better & happy :- When we enjoy the nature walk the energy level is boosted, circulation of blood is improved due to awesome atmosphere hence we feel good and happy.
