A mountain pass situated at an elevation of 4350 metres above mean sea level between Kangra and Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh.
The trek to the Toral Pass is very difficult and passes forests , steep climb and cliffs . The trek starts from Kangra valley and traverses to Ravi Valley in district Chamba in Dhauladhar mountains .
Makori jot is a mountain pass in Kangra situated East of Dhaola Dhar and Northwest of Shankarpal at an altitude of 4187 metres above mean sea level .
The Dhankall pass is one another mountain pass situated in district Kangra .

The Kundli Pass is situated at an altitude of 4550 metres above mean sea level in Chamba district connecting Chamba with Dharamshala in Kangra , Himachal Pradesh .
The pass lies between Moon peak having altitude of 4650 metres and Toral Pass altitude 4375 metres above mean sea level .
The trail to Kundli Pass is very tough and used by shepherds with their Live stock. The trek is very steep from Kangra side and moderate towards Kawarsi in Chamba side .
The trek starts from Khaniyara and traverses through Thatharna , Kundli Pass Bakhalodu , Chulethar then Kawarsi in Chamba district. The trek passes through forests and beautiful meadows .

Kankot Pass :-
It the mountain pass in Kankot Dhaar situated at an elevation of 3800 metres above mean sea level in Chamba and connects Dharmshala in district Kangra through Kankot Pass .
The Kankot Dhaar is having beautiful view from Chamba. From Chamba to Suniyara Kundi road connectivity is available which is about 31Km from Chamba .
The trail starts from this village . There is an ancient temple of Lord Vishnu at this place .
The trail traverses through Kundi village , the beautiful forests of Deodar on both sides of trail welcome the trekking teams with panoramic views . The voice of chirping birds attracts the attention of trekkers . The trek to Kankot pass is also traverses from Tur Village .
The panoramic views of Lam Dal lake can be captured from Gadiyara village which is on the trail . The views of snow capped mountains look very charming .
The panoramic views of Manimahesh and Kailash can be feast to the eyes from the trail . The local people of this area get shifted to the high meadows with their Live stock for grazing them in these meadows in summer for six months .
The trek further traverses through Hatiyali dhar and Iktham Dhaar further climbing uphill reach Draman dhaar and finally Kankot pass . On the Other side the trail traverses descends to Dharmshala thus connects Chamba with Kangra district .

Barla Jot :-
The Village Bara Bhangal is a very remote village of Kangra and till today has no road connectivity. It takes about two days to reach this village on a on foot trail .
The essential commodities to the people of this area are provided through the trails or by helicopter .
There are mountain passes in the region which are largely used by local people and also by Mountaineering trekkers when trekking from Manali to Dharmshala .
The Barla Jot is also falls in this region of Kangra district. The Barla Jot is situated at an elevation of 4678 metres above mean sea level and located in South of Thamsar Glacier and East of Thamsar Pass in district Kangra Himachal Pradesh. The Barla Jot is about 11Km from Thamsar Pass .

Khidala Galu is a mountain pass situated in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh .It is located near by Chhobu Got and in southeast of Chhobu Pass .
The Khidala Galu pass is situated at an altitude of 4750 metres above mean sea level .
The present Chamba district headquarter was the capital of Chamba state since 1920. The the then Raja , Raja Sahil Verman has shifted the capital of Chamba from Bharmour in 1920 on the special request of his daughter Champavati . The name of the name Chamba is kept on her name .
Chamba is rich in art , craft and culture. The Pahari painting of Chamba is very famous . The Chamba Rumaal , Chamba Chapal and wood craft is also famous .
The famous Minjar mela and Mata Suhi mela is celebrated for several days . Minjar mela is a state fair .
Chamba has many beautiful places which are important from tourism point of view . The boundary of Chamba touches Kangra , J &K and Lahaul Spiti and lies between Dhauladhar, Pir- Panjal and Zaskar mountain ranges . Chamba has numbers of passes along its boundaries wit other districts and Jamu -,Kasmir and with in Chamba being hilly terrain .

Chuwari Jot :-
Chamba district is quite hilly and the other districts sharing boundaries with Chamba are connected through numbers of passes also there are several passes with in Chamba .
Chuwari jot is a mountain pass situated with in Chamba and connects Chamba with adjoining districts Kangra in Himachal Pradesh .
The Chuwari jot is situated at an altitude of 2880 metres above mean sea level and is about 20 to 22 km from Chamba on Chamba Dalhousie road ..
Khajjiar Chamba
During winters the Chuwari jot remains covered with snow and a all weather connectivity is not available .
The pass has a beautiful picnic spot but needs to be developed from tourism point of view because there is a lot of tourism potential in this area.

Chhobia Pass , " The 2 nd highest pass across Pir -Panjal mountains connecting Bharmour with Lahaul valley in Himachal Pradesh ."
The Chhobia Pass :-
The Chhobia Pass is situated between Bharmour area of Chamba district with Lahaul valley of district Lahaul Spiti in Himachal Pradesh at an altitude of 4966 metres above mean sea level.
It is situated between two peaks Tent peak have elevation of 6133 metres and another peak named Barakanda altitude 5877 metres above mean sea level .
The Bharmour is the base from where the trail to Chhobia Pass starts . From Bharmour there are numbers if trails connecting different passes .
Bharmour is a small town in Chamba district which is famous for its ancient temples and monuments . Trek to Manimahesh starts from Bharmour .It is the administrative headquarter of Bharmour tehsil .
The Chamba is also famous for its rich culture and folk dance and songs . From Bharmour through vehicle reach Chhobia valley , after road connectivity trek to Katheru temple located near the Chhobia stream .
Then from Katheru temple the trail traverses to Baggi got . It a beautiful meadows , it is a good camping site for trekking teams . Then from here trek traverses to Alyas camping site then to Chhobia Pass .
From Chhobia Pass the panoramic views of Manimahesh , Kailash and Lahaul valley look amazing to the every trekker .
Gaddis used to cross over the Chhobia Pass with their sheep and goats from Bharmour to Lahaul valley every year .
From Chhobia Pass the trek traverses down and after Alyas camping reach Bhayali village in Lahaul valley Th the village is located near Chandrabhaga river . The trekking teams also enjoy the beauty of nature in Lahaul Spiti region .
