Khidala Galu :-
Khidala Galu is a mountain pass situated in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh .It is located near by Chhobu Got and in southeast of Chhobu Pass .
The Khidala Galu pass is situated at an altitude of 4750 metres above mean sea level .
The present Chamba district headquarter was the capital of Chamba state since 1920. The the then Raja , Raja Sahil Verman has shifted the capital of Chamba from Bharmour in 1920 on the special request of his daughter Champavati . The name of the name Chamba is kept on her name .
Chamba is rich in art , craft and culture. The Pahari painting of Chamba is very famous . The Chamba Rumaal , Chamba Chapal and wood craft is also famous .
The famous Minjar mela and Mata Suhi mela is celebrated for several days . Minjar mela is a state fair .
Chamba has many beautiful places which are important from tourism point of view . The boundary of Chamba touches Kangra , J &K and Lahaul Spiti and lies between Dhauladhar, Pir- Panjal and Zaskar mountain ranges . Chamba has numbers of passes along its boundaries wit other districts and Jamu -,Kasmir and with in Chamba being hilly terrain .
Khidala Galu is one mountain pass with in Chamba .
