Technique Of Yog Nidra :-

  1. Get ready for Yog Nidra.
  2. Lie down at some proper place with face arms and palms towards sky ,
  3. Keep your body loose and feel comfortable .
  4. The keep your mind thought less and have deep breathing.
  5. Suneya sikhar ko khojo re santo , feel this stage means the state of our mind cut from outer world activities and have zero thoughts.
  6. Keep arms and feet apart and close your eyes ..
  7. Breathe in breathe out slowly and focus your seses , keep attention on your toe , feet , legs , waist and feel comfortable and relaxed .
  8. Keep attention on upper body , chest / breast , neck face and head and feel comfortable and relaxed .
  9. Feel deep sleep and come to self hipnotic stage .
  10. You will feel healing from stress and your body feel very light .You can have feel good and comfortable .
  11. After 20 to 25 minutes try to wake up to original state focussing attention from head to toe , breathing slowly .
  12. You will feel afresh and stress free .
