Kalichho Pass is a mountain pass at an altitude of 4950 metres above mean sea level which connects Bharmour area of Chamba district with Lahaul area of district Lahaul Spiti in Himachal Pradesh .
The trek to the Kalichho Pass comes under the difficult treks and without the help of guides one should not take risk because there is every possibility of losing the trek .
The trek is accessible from Bharmour as well as from Chamba Bharmour highway .
Some trekking teams start their trek from village Tundah which is about 37 Km from Chamba and 11Km from Bharmour .
And some trekking teams start their journey from Banni Mata temple , where they take permission as only 3three batches are allowed to cross the pass in a scheduled period every batch may constitute 2to 3 groups .
The road to Tuadah and Banni Mata bifurcates from Dakohg village on Chamba Bharmour highway and reach Tundah ,it is also a famous Tundah wild life wildlife century and may grab the opportunity to see wild life .

The Kalichho Pass is considered to be the abode of Adishakti Mata Bhagvati Bharakali and there is a small temple of Adishakti on the top . The area has the protection of Adishakti Mata Bhagvati Bharakali .
The local people the Gadis even do not cross the pass alone . After worship of Banni Mata the trekking teams start their journey from Banni village . The trek traverses through the small streams and forests and reach Leundi .
Leundi is a beautiful meadow and is also used as camping site . Further the trail passes through beautiful forests and some difficult stretches reach Bansar Goth .
The trek further traverses from Bansar Goth to Alyas and then to Kalichho Pass . The camping grounds on both sides of the pass are called Alyas and these grounds are also called Lahesh .
From the other side of Pass reach Lahesh and then the colourful Lahaul valley with yallow mountains and snow capped peaks welcomes the incumbents thus reach Hinsa village. Thus the Chamba is connected with Lahaul valley.
The Gaddis with their live stock cross over the Kalichho Pass every year when they travel from Chamba to Lahaul and back to Chamba from Lahaul .
